Training and Experience
Following higher specialist training in Plastic Surgery, Ms Cavallaro completed dedicated fellowships in both aesthetic surgery and reconstructive microsurgery. She has also undertaken international training in New Zealand, South Africa and the United States, gaining experience in a wide range of surgical techniques and approaches from internationally recognised centres.
Her reconstructive experience includes complex lower limb reconstruction, skin cancer reconstruction and microsurgical tissue transfer. Alongside her reconstructive practice, her aesthetic training has provided extensive experience in facial rejuvenation, body contouring and cosmetic surgery.
Ms Cavallaro places particular emphasis on achieving results that restore both confidence and function, with an individualised approach to every patient.
Charity and Voluntary Work
One of the most rewarding experiences of Ms Cavallaro’s career was volunteering with the Working Hands charity in Nepal, where she provided specialist reconstructive hand surgery to patients who would otherwise have had little access to treatment.
The experience reinforced her belief in the life-changing impact that plastic surgery can have, both physically and psychologically.
