HMT Sancta Maria Hospital are recruiting!

Following the growth of our Customer Services Team at out state-of-the-art hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea, we are looking for  Bank Customer Services assistants to join our team.

We are only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first.

This is a 'Bank' post to cover annual leave, sickness, and support busy periods within the hospital. The successful candidate would support our Customer Services team during their service hours between Monday - Friday, 8am - 18.00pm

Skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our patients, responding to inquiries, resolving customer queries, and general administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service.

 

  • Experience working in a customer services and administrative role
  • Handle patient inquiries in a professional manner
  • Respect for Confidentiality
  • Provide accurate information to patients about our services.
  • High Standard of Accuracy
  • Ability to Prioritise and strong Organisational Skills
  • Experience of Administration Tasks within a Clinical Environment
