We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join our small friendly team at Sancta Maria Hospital as a Customer Service Assistant to support our Inpatient Bookings team.
The successful candidate will be expected to book patients onto theatre lists, deal with their queries and liaise with clinical departments and consultants. You will gain an understanding of clinical procedures and will require excellent administration and communication skills. You will be required to update our computer system, Compucare 8, with patient information.
