Customer Service Assistant - Inpatient Notes
Description

Sancta Maria have the opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated person to join our small and friendly customer services team to support our Inpatient Notes service.

The successful candidate will be expected to prepare patients records in readiness for inpatient procedures. Speak with patients and liaise with clinical departments, consultants and insurance companies. You will gain an understanding of clinical procedures and will require excellent administration and communication skills. You will be required to update our computer system, Compucare 8, with patient information.

We are the only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first and we are committed to developing a five-star hospital which will set new standards in clinical care and patient experience in South West Wales.
