BAAT Part 1 & 2, MSc Rehabilitative Audiology


Trish Pugh started her Audiological career in 1999 when she joined the Audiology department at East Glamorgan Hospital.  She went on to study Audiology at Swansea University and Birmingham School of Audiology and then later at Bristol University where she achieved an MSc in Rehabilitative Audiology.   

During her 23 years’ experience in the NHS her scope of practice has expanded significantly.  She has progressed to a senior level in her NHS role and included in her achievements to date is her contribution to designing, managing, delivering and evaluating a Primary Care Audiology service in a community setting in the Bridgend area. She has also had the privilege of being a clinical educator, mentor and assessor for BSc audiology students attending Swansea University  

Trish specialized in tinnitus rehabilitation in 2006.  She is experienced in providing tinnitus rehabilitation programs based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as providing tinnitus assessments and advice.
