Following the successful opening of our brand-new state-of-the-art hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea, we are looking for motivated, skilled and experienced staff to join our busy Physiotherapy team.
We are only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first.
We are seeking applications for a variety of roles across our clinical services in anticipation of our staffing requirement review due to take place later this year. We welcome Full-time/Part- Time/ Bank applications as we aim to support our growing teams and continuing development of our new hospital.
To provide clinical care within the specialist field of physiotherapy, encompassing physiotherapy assessment, treatment and management of patients within HMT.
To develop effective and appropriate treatment plans, maintaining records as an autonomous practitioner at all times.
To act as a source of expertise for the physiotherapy service and provide advisory service to patients, peers and wider MDT.
Undertake comprehensive physiotherapy assessments using manual assessment techniques to support patients pre and post operatively.
To interpret and analyse clinical and non-clinical facts to form an accurate diagnosis and to recommend best course of intervention, working to agreed guidelines but freedom to vary treatment without reference to other clinicians.
