Customer Service Assistant - Inpatient Bookings (Maternity Cover)

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to support our Inpatient Bookings team to cover maternity leave on a 9 month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will be expected to book patients onto theatre lists, deal with their queries and liaise with clinical departments and consultants.  You will gain an understanding of clinical procedures and will require excellent administration and communication skills.  You will be required to update our computer system, Compucare 8, with patient information.
