HMT Sancta Maria Hospital are recruiting!

Following the successful opening of our brand-new state-of-the-art hospital situated in the SA1 area of Swansea, we are looking for experience Receptionists\' to join our busy and varied Customer Service team.

We are only private hospital in Swansea offering a wide range of procedures carried out by a number of our leading consultants. As a not-for-profit organisation, Sancta Maria hospital is passionate about putting the patient first.

This is a BANK post to cover annual leave, sickness, and support busy periods within the hospital.

Skills

Within the Customer Service Department the successful Bank Candidate will provide customer service and administrative assistance to the reception team.

To welcome, advise and assist Outpatients, Inpatients and visitors to the Hospital and direct them, when necessary to the appropriate department in a caring, approachable and pleasant manner, appreciating the fact that this is for many the first point of contact, and making the visitor feel welcomed, comfortable and supported is essential.

To prepare the daily patient attending lists, ensuring to raise invoices for outstanding charges and consultation fees, maintaining accurate records of payments received, always dealing with the customers in a friendly and courteous manner.

To respond to phone calls from all customers, internal and external in a caring and pleasant manner, advising the customer on various topics.
